7:17pm We got some good advice from some fellow cachers at the picnic yesterday so we decided to try this one again. We noticed the "tool" we saw the other day was gone so we resorted to using some natural "tools" we found nearby. It took a couple of minutes but Jenn found it. And the dog didn't bark! TNLNSL.

7:44pm The tree cover was making our GPSr take us around the "park" so we decided search logical spots. I found the cache after Jenn had checked that same spot a couple of seconds earlier. Not a good enough check I guess. [:D] TNLNSL.

Somewhere in Cupertino?

When this cache first came out I saw all the DNF's and didn't want to try it until it was confirmed something was actually there. Then the finds started to pour in and I wanted to try and find it without using the hint. So Jenn and myself went over today and looked for about ten minutes before giving in and looking at the hint. It didn't help us because we just DNFed the cache is referred to. So back to searching while trying to be as quiet as possible, since there was a dog barking at every leaf we stepped on. We spent another twenty minutes before giving up for the day. Not our idea of fun. Will try again after talking to someone who's found it already.

We tried for about fifteen minutes before giving up. From one direction, the setting sun was directly in our eyes, making it a little harder to search. Maybe the key is to come at night and use your flashlight to find the cache.

5:41pm Boy, solving the puzzle sure took less time than it did to find the cache. We knew we had gotten the correct coordinates but it was just a matter of finding the great camoed container. It took about half an hour to find the cache and we took the Cat and Bird token and checker sig item, left a Blazerfan wooden nickel and glow in the dark token, signed log.

Surprisingly it took about half an hour to find, as we saw the shelter but our GPSr was making us walk around in circles. We heard a coyote howling very close, probably within a few hundred feet and we started searching faster. We eventually found it. Took cat and stbk tokens, left 2 sig item keychains, signed log.

Hidden Walk- Wildcat Creek

7:19pm We wanted to go find the new cache at Fremont Older but there was no parking in the lot so we decided to try this one again. After reading the logs, we knew we had gotten to the correct entrance the first time. Anyway, it was a nice leisurely walk until ALL of the neighborhood dogs decided they wanted to bark at us. I must've heard five different barks. But I noticed they were on the other side of the stream/ditch. Found the cache with little problem. Took Saints card, left sig item keychain, signed log.

2:05pm Went for a little hike in Quicksilver today. Tried this one first. It's a good thing I printed this one out. For some reason, all the info (other than the name of the cache, type of cache) wasn't in my PDA. Got the final coordinates and took a couple of minutes to find the way to the cache. Nice hide! Disneyland Geocaching

It took two trips over a year but we finally finished this one. One of the reasons we love geocaching is that it takes us to places we would never go if it wasn't for geocaching. This cache showed us things/places in Disneyland the normal visitor wouldn't notice. Thanks for the great cache. Our secret phrase is "Happiest Birthday on Earth" since I was celebrating my birthday there.

Disney California Adventure (DCA) Cache

Disney's California Adventure (DCA) Cache II

We visited Disneyland and DCA for my birthday and finished up a few of the caches in the parks. I couldn't unlock the pdf file so I knew I had an incorrect answer. The cache owner let me know which one of my numbers was wrong and I think the excitement (or maybe the tiredness) at Disney caused me to write the wrong number down. Anyway, thanks for the cache, since I don't ride many of the DCA rides, I had something else to do there. The secret phrase is Burger Invasion.
