Sail Away!By: northern gecko Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small
5:49pm Our last cache of the day, after caching all the way from Honolua Bay. We had to keep out of eyesight of some muggles watching the surfers but we managed to make the grab. Took the travel slug, LNSL.

5:22pm We ran into 5buscadores and snick05 while walking to this cache. We made the find, then let the kids make the find as well. TNLNSL, but grabbed some TBs from them that we'll take back to California with us.
launipoko cacheBy: surferbumb Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small
5:05pm While passing the park near noon, it looked like there was no parking available. Back at 5pm and lots of spaces. Jenn and myself walked over to the cache site and found the cache very quickly. I used to come to this park all the time and swim in the small pool protected by the breakwall. TNLNSL.
Dill PicklesBy: Northern Gecko and Wild Wiggly Beanz Difficulty: 3.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small
1:45pm This one was a tough cache to find, even with three pairs of eyes looking. We eventually found it by just checking everywhere. TNLNSL.
Maui Rocks!!!By: Iseek & Eyeseek2 Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small
3:26pm This was an easy find using the hint. I spotted the cache's hiding spot and made the grab. There were no TBs or geocoins in the cache. Checked out the shoreline afterwards. Looks like a popular spot for fishing. TNLNSL.
Ho'oke'le Ilu'na CacheBy: Robbie's Family Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small
1:27pm The first cache of the day, on our West Side cache trip. This was an easy find after using the hint. Had to watch out for cars zooming past to go to the scenic spot further down the gravel/dirt road. Took the geocachingdragon geocoin, LNSL.
Saphira's TeethBy: TnT Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Not chosen
2:50pm I had an idea where to park for this one, since I've been to Kapalua many times before. I was correct and after parking we dodged golf balls and walked down to the rock formations. Very cool, especially with the surf pounding against it and spraying a cool mist on us. We took a few pics, then off to the other cache close by. Mahalo for the Earthcache!
kaula haoBy: cooperphoto Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro
4:48pm After a late lunch at Aloha Mixed Plate, we cruised down Front Street, then went looking for this cache. It was an easy find using the hint. The logsheet is pretty full so we signed our name where we could find space. TNLNSL.
Bugs N Teeth!By: Northern Gecko and Panda Lady Difficulty: 4.5 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Small
3:00pm This was a somewhat easy find as the coords were pretty good. The logbook was soaked so I signed my name on a piece of paper I had and put it into the baggie. My advice is to move this cache to higher ground, where the waves/rain cannot get to it. Lots of places among the nearby trees. TNLNSL.
Sacred HarborBy: northern gecko Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Regular
2:44pm Parked nearby and made this a quick find. Not the usual lp spot and the cache startled me a bit. =) TNLNSL.
Where is Yoda?By: northern gecko Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Regular
3:35pm This one took a while as we examined various spots. Jenn finally spotted where she thought the cache might be and yep, it was there. I made the grab and took a TB, LNSL.

12:29pm We've been up this way before in Maui Meadows, so we knew our way to the cache area. When we got there, we knew where it had to be, so we parked, walked over and found the cache rather quickly. I'm not sure if this vacant land isn't someone's private property. Anyway, the CITO geocoin is not in the cache, so the cache owner can mark it as missing. TNLNSL.
Lepidodactylus lugubrisBy: wild wiggly beanz Difficulty: 2.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small
2:32pm Going back into town after diving, we stopped for a few caches. We've been to this beach many times so we knew parking would be difficult. Jenn dropped me off and I went to look for the cache while she waited in the car. Quick find of the cool cache and as I called Jenn to come pick me up, I saw her walking towards me. She had found a parking spot and had come to join me in the hunt. Didn't see any live geckos but I've seen many on Maui. TNLNSL.
Leilani HonuBy: Kristin808 Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Regular
[3:51pm This one took a while as the cache has been moved to another hiding spot. I've posted the coords I got so hopefully others can use it to find the cache. It's near a] kiawe (thorny) [tree now. TNLNSL.
Premier PrincessesBy: 2js2rs Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small
12:16pm The puzzle was a bit difficult, as I didn't know the answers off hand, so I had to resort to Google. A couple of answers I just guessed and when I plugged the coords I got into Google Maps, it looked like the correct spot. We were passing by today so we went for a look. Parked on the nearby gravel area, then started to search. Jenn made the find and I made the grab. TNLNSL.
Turtle LookoutBy: yeanyco Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Small
12:51pm We've been to this snorkeling/dive spot before so I knew where to park. Of course, I'd never been over to where the cache was, so we walk through the grass and over the rocks. We found the cache pretty quickly, then returned to our car to grab our dive gear. We managed to spear a couple of manini and spotted some papio cruising by but out of spear range. And no turtles today. TNLNSL.
Kapilau Ridge / Wailuku CrossBy: jrivera64 Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 4.0 Container: Small
3:20pm Boy, this one was tough. Not the length of the hike, but the steepness. It took us about an hour to get up and 45 minutes to get back down. When we got to the top, the cache wasn't where it was supposed to be, instead it was right next to the cross. Many muggles had found it and signed the log, some with pleasant thoughts and some not so nice. After taking in the views and taking some pics, I replaced the cache where I thought it was supposed to be hidden. But now that I look at the spoiler pic, I replaced it several more feet farther away from the cross. But it should still be findable. I'll post a pic of where I hid it later. I also added the coords that I took but they're pretty similar to the original coords. Hopefully the next finder can hide the cache where it was originally hidden. TN, left a few goodies, SL.
Wow! Iao!By: Angry Eyebrows Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Regular
4:37pm After hiking up to the cross, we decided to grab this cache since we were in the area. Easy find, as there weren't too many hiding places where our GPSr led us. Took the Moun10Bike pin, left a few dollars since I had left all my swag at the cross cache, signed log. I also grabbed the Hang Loose Honu TB, the only one in the cache, but it hasn't been dropped into the cache yet. I'll wait till it is, then make the proper grab. Mahalo!
Rainbow Park Micro CacheBy: SYamato Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro
2:47pm After a late lunch at Hali`imaile General Store with friends, we decided to make a quick stop at Rainbow Park to look for the cache. With a real rainbow nearby, we made the quick find of the cache. TNLNSL.
Please, PleaseBy: spyder woman Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro
2:21pm We found the first incarnation of this cache so we knew what to look for at each stage. But my projection skills via my GPSr still have to be worked on. So when we got to the second stage it took a while until Jenn finally spotted something and then the cache. TNLNSL.
Somewhere on the Way to the MallBy: catomcat Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro
2:35pm This one took about ten minutes, as we looked at a bunch of places. Lots of things caught our eyes but it still took a while. I noticed a security guard in a truck on the other side of the fence but it didn't seem like he was paying any attention to us. Right after we drove off I noticed something and we found the nicely hidden cache. TNLNSL.

1:38pm Yep, screwed up on the coords. Got the corrected ones and stopped to search while in the area. Found it right where I thought it'd be. Thanks for the POP cache! Now to figure out the last POP I haven't figured out, #9. Mahalo!

12:02pm We've driven past the statue many times and always gave him the finger, the pointy finger, that is. Today, we finally stopped on the way to SF to find this virtual. Cool spot and cool views. The weather was pretty cool too, so we didn't stay long. Thanks for the virtual!
VertigoBy: hotshoe Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Small
4:38pm We had to try this one as I'm currently dealing with a mild case of vertigo myself. We parked off of 156 and had to outwait a muggle doing his business, then another taking photos of the sky. We walked over to the cache site and spotted the cache quickly. TNLNSL. Watch out for dog poop, as I managed to step on some and didn't notice until I smelt it as we were driving back up 101 to Gilroy. Yech!

Dats all Folks 2!!By: sloigo Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro
4:27pm As we were driving down the road to the cache, there was a beautiful double rainbow over the nearby hills. As I was admiring it, I almost didn't stop in time at the end of the road but Jenn stopped me in time. Walked over to the cache and spotted it quickly. TNLNSL.
Loaded for BearBy: sloigo Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Small
3:52pm The nearby restaurant was closed so the area was deserted when we searched. Quick find, TNLNSL, and off to the next cache.

SpeedyBy: sloigo Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro
2:59pm We had to drop off some mail, so we thought we might as well stop here. Jenn dropped off the mail and I grabbed the cache. Yep, that was speedy! TNLNSL.
A View with a ParkBy: sloigo Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro
3:09pm We didn't need a step stool for this one but we needed a clue, at least for a few minutes until Jenn spotted the cache. I made the grab of the cool cache and we TNLNSL. We headed over to the next cache and checked out the nice view.
Park & Hide 2By: DavidT21 & Fisherwoman Difficulty: 3.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro

New park, No parkingBy: dkata Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Micro
5:14pm After getting away from the holiday shoppers in downtown Walnut Creek, we made our way to this cache. We parked in front of a nearby home and made our way to the cache. It was getting dark so we used our flashlight to spot the cache. The lid was open and the log was on the ground so it was easy to spot. TNLNSL.

4:58pm We were going to look for a few caches in downtown Walnut Creek but with the holiday shoppers, it didn't seem too fun. So we drove to this one and enjoyed it much better. While checking out the garden, I spotted the cache and made the grab. TNLNSL.
Round TopBy: TeamAlamo Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Not chosen
3:25pm Last time we tried to find this, we couldn't even get to the parking area, as we tried getting to this from a different road. We planned better today and found the parking lot with ease. We got the info we needed about the rocks and made the chilly walk up to the water tank to take a couple of pics. Thanks for the interesting Earthcache!
ODS: ParkerPlus7 MicroBy: TeamAlamo Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro
4:24pm We drove around the cemetery a couple of times, then decided to park across the street. There was a lot of traffic, so we decided to drive back into the cemetery and park near the office. We made the walk around and eventually figured out what to do. It took a couple of tries to spot the cache. We had brought our stamp and stampbook along but was disappointed to find a micro with no stamp. Oh well, maybe next time. Still had fun.
