Maia's Ladybug Picnic - Maui Style

4:23pm Add to the list of another spot on Maui we didn't know about although we've lived here for years. We found the cache fairly quickly but didn't walk the labyrinth as it started to rain. We did check out the plants and fish ponds but didn't buy anything. I think I'll bring my parents back here some day. Took a few mosquito bites, left some of our blood and a traveling geocoin, signed log.

Merry Makena

1:39pm Met a friend for lunch in Kihei and decided to check out the beaches in Makena. The ocean was a little rough so we did some geocaching instead. This cache was located at one of our secret beaches when we were in high school. But now, there are mansions here and everyone knows about it. =( Took a while to find the nicely hidden cache. TNLNSL.

Little Bit O' Green

1:59pm I played the nearby course around 18 years ago during high school but not since then. This one took a few moments as were searching another spot for a while. Then looked around and spotted the better spot for the cache. TNLNSL.

Bookworms

Stopped by the Friend of the Library bookstore today with my parents. I didn't buy anything but my parents bought about 20 books. I walked over to the cache to drop a couple of traveling geocoins that I've had way too long. As I was putting the cache back, I saw a small scorpion right where the cache lays. So be careful!
