Teaching the Travelers

By: Philadelphia Geocachers Difficulty: 2.5 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Other

In town to visit Independence Hall but unfortunately the tickets for the tour were all gone for the day. So we found this cache instead. The ladies in the red jackets knew exactly where the logbook was. Thanks for the cache!

Don Edwards ? Oasis in Silicon

By: Albatrozz Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Regular

4:28pm This one tested by powers of observation, first finding the numbers for ABCD, then finding the way to the cache. Stamped the logbook with my koi stamp and stamped my logbook with the cache stamp. TNLNSL.

I Love Trees

By: Hedwig the Owl Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small

5:49pm We got confused a few times and had to backtrack but we eventually found the correct tree and made the quick grab between muggles walking back to their cars. Stamped my logbook with my koi stamp. TNLNSL.

Lizards Lair

By: Baron88 Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Regular

3:22pm When I read the description and looked at the coords, I knew where this cache would be. But we decided to look for the clues and found our way out to the cache. We stamped our stamp book and stamped the logbook with our koi stamp. Took a Pathtag, left a geocoin, signed log.

ODS: ParkerPlus7 Micro

By: TeamAlamo Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro

4:24pm We drove around the cemetery a couple of times, then decided to park across the street. There was a lot of traffic, so we decided to drive back into the cemetery and park near the office. We made the walk around and eventually figured out what to do. It took a couple of tries to spot the cache. We had brought our stamp and stampbook along but was disappointed to find a micro with no stamp. Oh well, maybe next time. Still had fun.

Summer Beach Stamp

By: Chickasaw of ynots4 Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Regular

6:20pm We found the monarch habitat but there weren't any butterflies around. We started toward the final but we heard some rustling in the trees. We looked up and there was a man, just sitting there on a eucalyptus branch. We decided to go to the cache another way but was able to spot the fallen trees and make the grab. Took a stamp in my logbook, left my koi stamp in the cache logbook, signed log. Mahalo!

Stevens Creek Lizardbox

By: ed777 Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Regular

6:02pm Yeah, our first letterbox hybrid! We took the nice walk down to the cache and saw lots of lizards along the trail sunning themselves. We even got to see the California newts swimming in the stream nearby. That was cool! Stamped the book with our koi stamp and stamped our book with the lizard stamp. TNLNSL.
