Notatrail Cache

Stopped by at lunch. The trail up is interesting, this is the amazing local clay soil, very slippery when wet and really sticks to shoes, luckily I had another pair at the office. I found the cache easily enough, but the zero point was a little off for me, around 35 feet, so I took some coordinates in case anyone is interested. Nice view from up here, liked it.

Had no idea this curious little park was here. Batteries were close to dead on the gps, so I just turned it on after standing where I thought I would hide the cache. I was only 20 feet away, not bad!

Found the cache today, there was a maintenance truck parked close by and it left just long enough for me to find the cache, sign the log, and then re-hide it. Had no idea about the tokens so I will keep my eyes peeled. I have found just a small portion of the south San Jose caches so there are bound to be some tokens in future finds. Thanks for the cache, liked it!

This was a neat cache if only for the reason that there are so many ways to get there. I just pulled of the the highway and made the short walk over to the cache. But I could see that is also possible to drive within feet of the cache, on pavement. Enjoyed it, thanks.
