Not After Midnight

By: TeamAlamo Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Small

I had just intended to go as far as the Virgil Williams trail but once I gained the elevation, why not head up the ridge and find a few caches. Found this once quickly and headed on up the hill trail.

Lofty Achievements

By: TeamAlamo Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Regular

This was the high point for me today, would have gone further but it was raining and my levis were getting starting to get soaked. Also I needed to stop by Costco on the way home so I didn't want to get really really muddy on the steep single track trail above. So after finding this cache I turned around and headed back down to the trail head. Enjoyed finding the cache, thanks.

Two Hundred Year Old Acorn

By: 4wheeler Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.5 Container: Micro

Nice hike up the hill although a little slippery this time of year. Cache was just lying on the ground out in the open, I at least covered it a little when re-hiding it. Log sheet has turned to pulp and is now supporting primitive life--black mold. Decided that was better left alone so I just signed some paper I had and stuffed it in there too. Thanks for the cache.

Virgil Williams

By: Lil Devil Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Small

Managed to find this one between rain storms. It was a little slippery at times but my hiking pole helped a lot and I did manage to stay on 2 feet the whole time. Thanks for the cache.

The Proposal

By: SnoWake -n- Dingo, and Panza too! Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Regular

Took advantage of the break in the rain to go outdoors and find some caches. It's always interesting to hike at the bulb because the trails just kind of wind around where-ever. Found my way over to the cache and there was a great view of the city too, liked it, thanks.

Signing Off

By: Kaveh, Team Bench Leader Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Micro

There was a break in the muggle traffic and I used it to find the cache, sign the log, and replace it. Thanks for the cache.

Admirals's Reading Room

By: O-man Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Not chosen

Cache is good sized which helped because I was able to spot it a good distance away. Cache is dry inside which is good considering all the rain we've been having. Liked it, thanks.

Risu no Uchi

By: Choberiba Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Regular

I was surprised, after all the rain we've been having the cache is pretty dry but the log book is just a little damp. Nice out of the way spot made for geocaching, thanks.

I've had never been here before, looking down at the cabin I was wondering if anyone lived there because I had seen a Suburban come through earlier (I didn't know that the cabin was on park lands!). Anyhow after admiring the view for a time I set about locating the cache. It's a great spot, liked it, thanks.

Philcam L. Back Memorial

By: bthomas Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Micro

By: digitalfish Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Small

I used the spoiler/hint on this one because really I was running out of time and as it was I managed to get back to my truck only a few minutes befor sunset. Had never been back here before, interesting area. Looks like the restoration is ongoing since the doors and windows aren't in yet. Thanks for the cache.

To a Higher Place

By: Mt Diablo Hiker Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.5 Container: Regular

I started from above at the Elbow which meant that after the finding the cache I had the steep uphill to do after finding the cache. By the time I got back to my truck I was ready for a nap! Cache is at a nice peaceful spot and I took a break there for a while. Thanks for the cache.

Meridian Cache

By: Team RSM Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 3.5 Container: Regular
