Jackson Offshoot

By: brianweeks Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

The gasket on the container is compromised, so the log was a little damp. Signable though. Thanks for the cache.

Urban Garden: Downtown Hayward

By: brianweeks Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Micro

Not what I was expecting from a neighborhood garden, but a nice little patch of green nonetheless. Thanks for the cache.

TFTC. Not an easy place to park.

We'll leave the lights on!

Being longtime Fremont residents, WalruZ knew the general location well, but we decided to let the cache age before we hunted it. This particular establishment gets quite a bit of police activity on a regular basis. So, we got in and out as fast as was possible. Didn't let the kid out of the car. Even on a Sunday morning there were interesting people just hanging out in close proximity to where we found the cache.

Which one could it be?

By: shell165 Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro

this cache was the highlight of Geo Baby's morning, due to the playground proximity, although getting ice cream on the way home ranks up there too. Liked the area when we came to visit for a Joe Spaz cache, and then for White Out. Hope this one can endure. TFTC.

Feeling Lucky?

Out this morning doing some home-query map cleaning. Thanks.

Sunday is definitely a good day to do this cache. Thanks.

...and a great time was had by all... (Now to start collecting code and tools for '09)

Recycled Caches

By: workerofwood Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

WalruZ gave me the run down of the cache page, and then I knew exactly what I was doing. Always nice the second time around... (I hope) Thanks for the cache.

All You Need Is Love

By: Fox51 Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Small

Always love to come around to the Lover's Point area for caches -- thanks!

Memories

By: Touchstone Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

At first, I didn't think this one was a go. Everything else on the PPC could see the GPSr, but not the player for such a long time. We've had so much trouble running the 'improved' WIG player on the PPC device, that I've sort of soured on the whole thing. Luckily, our Lover's Point experience changed my mind. Thanks for the cache.

Sea of Cortez

Anything that takes me within spittin' distance of the Ghiradelli shop is a good thing in my book... We had fun wandering among the Saturday afternoon tourists while looking entirely at the device. Thanks!

Don't get wet!

By: shell165 Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro

We're not much for TV at our house -- we still even use rabbit ears (until Feb, I guess) -- so we're usually out caching...

Last of the afternoon on our walk around the Hub. I was glad that the police motorcycles parked nearby didn't have their operators sitting on them.

Man's Best Friend

By: shell165 Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

We took a little walk around the Hub this holiday afternoon, after having some of our favorite Pho. This was our first stop. Thanks.

Bullseye

By: shell165 Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro

Took a while to figure this one out, mostly because I had a nano in mind and that truely would have been evil on that fence! Luckily the hide was no where as near as evil as that... Thanks.
