Rhyolite Cemetery

By: Lil Devil Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Regular

Happy New Year on the way to Death Valley. Amazingly, I located a cemetery cache that bthomas hadn't found yet! It was a must visit and well worth the effort, especially since we had to return and double check the digits (my bad). TFTC! mjp303

Doughboys of Menlo Park

By: PurplePeople Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Small

Thanks for bringing this 'forgotten' history together! I often find myself wondering what a place looked like a long time ago, and this hunt painted a vivid mental picture. The final cache is in good shape. A great multi-cache. mjp303

Geochurching

By: gopogo120 and dippin-dots Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Regular

Appropriately enough, I found this cache after Church. Interestingly, one spot was quiet and the other was teeming with activity. TFTC! mjp303

The 10 Year Celebration Multi-Cache

By: Geoides Family Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Other

During the event, there was some discussion of whether or not any caches had been placed to entertain the attendees. I had planned on it, but ran out of time. As a result, the discovery of this cache created quite a stir! The stages were found out of order, but eventually everything made sense. Thanks for making our 10 year anniversary celebration complete! mjp303

Times Are Tough

By: Jules Dachard Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

I enjoyed the story and the opportunity to visit several interesting locations. Too bad there is no access to the old cemetery; I would like to see it. Thanks to the cache owner who helped me with my counting, and provided a pleasant caching excursion! mjp303

Feeling Nuts

By: HMB Lipripper Difficulty: 3.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Micro

We grabbed the final coordinates for this cache while waiting for our group to gather at the trailhead. We were initially struggling with a metric to english conversion, but realized that it was easier just to switch the units on the widget! There were lots of appreciative ooohhs and aaahhs when the cache was discovered. TFTC. mjp303

By: soupercamp and halhal Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small

Very creative! All was quiet on a Sunday evening, and I made my way to the final without interruption. TFTC! mjp303

HT0489 on 1929

By: The Geoides Family Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Not chosen

[8D]FTF![8D] 2:45p As I drove up, I noticed another car pulling in behind me. It turns out Navysparks Mrs had been out caching on this overcast day as well. Really great to see you guys; it's been awhile. There was some FTF smack going back and forth for a minute or two, but we soon had examined all of the tried and true hide locations, and quickly combined forces to make the search. We must have been there about 20 minutes before a tricky little thought dawned on me, et voila! That's a unique hide. Tthanks for the fun! mjp303

Tour de SSF #2 ? Martin House

By: butchmouse Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro

I had taken the tour several weeks ago, but was unable to make a thorough search for the cache due to the level of pedestrian traffic. Tonight was a different story! ...relative quiet. Thanks for pointing out some interesting sights of this vibrant city! mjp303

Center Square

By: UnNamed adopted from GadzuCrew Difficulty: 3.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

I'm visiting from CA on business. Thanks for getting me out to see this historic building. The widget was pretty flaky behind all the tall buildings, but I persisted and eventually made the find. Thanks! mjp303

High N Dry (Hopefully)

By: TRAKD Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Not chosen

Out with a big gba group. One thing I'm confused about is where the camping actually takes place. I didn't see any place to do it, or, for that matter, anybody actually doing it. It's a mystery to me! TFTC. mjp303

SMC College for Kids Adventure

By: Mayela Mingi Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Regular

I decided to take this cache on because of the sheer enormity of it. TEN stages. I do believe it's a personal multicache record! Thanks for showing me the CSM campus. There are lots of good things going on there. That new science building and planetarium are really nice! TFTMC. mjp303

We had planned a family hike and geocache hunt in Windy Hill OSP today, and travelled Old LaHonda Road twice shuttling the cars so that we would only have to hike downhill. [:I] Thanks for a diversion along the way! We must have passed at least a 100 bicylists on their way up to the top. Several of them looked like they would have liked to hang on to our bumper!
