As Seen From the Sky!

I have corresponded with Nomex on this. Since nothing remains of the original cache, it is not a candidate for adoption. It's unfortunate to see an old cache go by the wayside, but it's in a great spot and should be freed up for something new.

Healing View

Since I didn't cross the baricades and go up on the observation deck, I'm not 100% certain that's what you have to do to find this cache. However, if so, this cache should be archived or moved since it appears that there is no work being done to repair the burned portion of the observation deck. If not, then the cache page should state that you don't have to go up on it and that you should obey posted warning signs and baricades. This is a great area! Hopefully it can continue to have a cache. My 2 cents.
